Lead Cues + Airtable
One tidy record per lead — sortable, filterable, and share-friendly.
If Airtable is where your team already lives, Lead Cues writes every new lead straight into your base — score, answers, source, and the follow-up angle, all in the right columns.

The lead details Lead Cues hands to Airtable
- A new record in the base and table you choose
- Name, email, phone (if collected)
- Score and result level in their own columns
- Each assessment answer in its own field
- Source, campaign, and the assessment template name
The moments that fire this off
- Every time someone finishes the assessment
- When a returning lead retakes it (updates the existing record)
- When you push a lead by hand from the Lead Cues dashboard
Why small business owners plug Airtable into Lead Cues
The point isn't the wire — it's the time you save and the leads you stop losing.
Your Airtable views, filters, and formulas keep working — Lead Cues just fills them.
Sales, ops, and marketing all see the same live lead list, without exports.
Every answer is a real field, so you can filter for 'wants a quote this month'.
Interfaces and Airtable automations pick it up like any other record.
You stop juggling CSV downloads and manual pastes.
How this plays out in a real week
A real-estate team that runs its pipeline in Airtable
A visitor finishes the 'Buyer readiness' assessment. Lead Cues creates a record in the Leads table, fills timeline, budget range, and neighborhood in the right columns, and sets Score to 78.
The team's 'Hot buyers this week' Airtable view updates in real time. The agent on duty follows up before dinner.
Connecting Airtable in about 5 minutes
No developer required. If you can copy and paste a link, you can do this.
- 1Open your Lead Cues dashboard and click Integrations → Airtable.
- 2Sign in with the Airtable account that owns the base.
- 3Choose the base and the table Lead Cues should write to.
- 4Map assessment fields to your Airtable columns (Lead Cues suggests defaults).
- 5Save. New leads appear in your Airtable table as soon as they finish.
Common questions about the Airtable integration
Do I need to build the Airtable base first?
Yes — pick or create a base and a table. Lead Cues can auto-create standard columns for you the first time you connect.
Can I write to more than one base?
Yes — you can pick a different base and table per assessment template.
Will it create duplicate records?
By default, no. Lead Cues matches on email and updates the existing record. You can turn that off if you want every submission as a new row.
Which Airtable plans are supported?
All Airtable plans that allow API access work, including the free plan.
