Lead Cues + Webhooks
Send new leads anywhere you can paste a link — no direct connector needed.
A webhook is just a link. Paste one from Zapier, Make, n8n, your own app, or your developer's endpoint, and Lead Cues will send every new lead there — same score, answers, and source as the direct connectors.

Why small business owners plug Webhooks into Lead Cues
The point isn't the wire — it's the time you save and the leads you stop losing.
If a tool has no direct connector, a webhook still gets your leads there in seconds.
You can send to your own product's database or your developer's endpoint.
Route different score bands to different URLs — one for Hot, another for Warm.
You control the destination, so nothing sits in a middleman spreadsheet.
Free on every plan, so you can test the whole flow before upgrading.
How this plays out in a real week
A boutique agency using Make to move data between apps
Lead Cues sends every new lead to a Make webhook. Make routes Hot leads to the agency's Notion CRM and pushes Cool leads into a Google Sheet for a weekly review.
The team never touches a lead by hand again — and swapping in a new tool later is just changing one URL in Make.
Connecting Webhooks in about 5 minutes
No developer required. If you can copy and paste a link, you can do this.
- 1In your destination tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own app), create a webhook and copy its URL.
- 2In Lead Cues, open Integrations → Webhooks and click 'Add webhook'.
- 3Paste the URL and pick which templates and score bands should send to it.
- 4Click 'Send test' — Lead Cues fires a sample lead so you can confirm the destination received it.
- 5Turn it on. From now on, every new lead lands at that URL automatically.
Common questions about the Webhooks integration
What does the lead data look like?
It's a small JSON message with clearly named fields — name, email, score, band, answers, source. Lead Cues shows you a sample in the dashboard before you turn it on.
Do I need a developer?
For Zapier, Make, and n8n — no. Paste the URL and pick your action. For your own custom app, a developer will need about 30 minutes.
Can I send to more than one webhook?
Yes — you can add as many webhooks as you like and route by template or score band.
What if the destination is down?
Lead Cues retries the delivery and shows the status in the delivery log. If you fix the destination, you can re-send failed leads with one click.
Is this really free?
Yes — outgoing webhooks are included on every Lead Cues plan, including Free.
