Free plan
The Free plan is $0. No payment, no refund needed.
Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan any time before renewal. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. We don't automatically refund the current billing period, but if you were charged unexpectedly, email us and we'll take a look.
Annual plans
Annual plans remain active until the paid period ends. If you're within 14 days of your first annual purchase and haven't made meaningful use of the account, email us for a refund.
Lifetime Launch Deal
The Lifetime Launch Deal is a one-time purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and haven't published a live assessment, we'll refund it. After 14 days, or once you've published, the purchase is final.
How to request a refund
Email support@leadcues.com from your account email with your workspace name and a short note about what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days.
